Haulage control answers the desk number when we’re closed, every day of the year.

Each desk has its own number. If nobody picks up in four rings, the call rolls over to the main desk.

By road: A14 to the Dock Spur roundabout, then the A154 towards the town. Ferryboat Lane is the second left after the Trinity gate.
Visiting: Visitor bays at the front of Norholm House. Ring the desk from reception and someone will come down.
Collecting from bond: The warehouse is at Trimley St Martin, off junction 59 of the A14. Book a slot with the warehouse line first; the gate opens at 06:00.
By train: Trimley station is five minutes away by taxi, Felixstowe station about eight.
